What you're agreeing to

By creating an account or sending Rover a document, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What FileItRover is — and isn't

  • FileItRover organizes and stores your household's financial paperwork. It reads documents with AI, which can make mistakes — a misread vendor, amount, date, or category. Check anything that matters; everything can be corrected or undone.
  • It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a system of record you should rely on as your only copy. Keep your own originals.

Beta service, provided as-is

This is a Beta: features change, and the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Speraj LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0 — the Beta is free), and neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including tax outcomes that follow from a misread or misfiled record.

Your part

  • Only send documents you have the right to share, from channels you registered.
  • Don't abuse the service (bulk spam, probing, reselling access, sending malware).
  • Keep your login and connected channels (email, phone, Telegram) secure — they can file into your ledger.

Ending things

You can delete your account and all its data anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or endanger the service, and may discontinue the Beta with reasonable notice — with your export tools available first.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. If a portion is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page's date and, for significant changes, by email.
